Reporting directly to the General Manager, this role is responsible for assisting with overall performance of the branch, including daily field operations, technician leadership, customer satisfaction, financial performance and continued market growth.\n\nThe Pool Maintenance Supervisor will maintain a strong presence in the field, providing hands-on coaching, conducting quality inspections, troubleshooting service issues and supporting technicians with day-to-day challenges. This is an ideal opportunity for an experienced pool professional who is ready to take the next step into leadership while remaining actively involved in field operations.\n\nWhat We Offer\n\n$60-70K annual base salary\n\nAnnual bonus eligibility of up to 10%\n\nCompany vehicle\n\nWeekly pay\n\nMedical, dental and vision insurance\n\nPaid time off\n\nPaid holidays\n\nCompany phone and necessary equipment\n\nLife insurance\n\nExclusive employee discounts through LifeMart\n\nCareer progression and opportunity to grow with the company\n\nResponsibilities\n\nGreet fellow employees as they arrive and speak with them to determine goals and tasks for them to complete daily.\n\nPerform twice daily 1:1 meetings with their group of technicians.\n\nDevelop an \\\"ownership\\\" mentality of their technician’s maintenance accounts.\n\nResponsible for the satisfaction and growth of their customer base.\n\nProvide support to Pool Maintenance Technicians by teaching/coaching them on the specifics of their job duties, troubleshooting problems and sharing the importance of safety.\n\nMeet with new and old technicians for further training, mentoring and quality control.\n\nReport performance records and evaluations to HR and General Manager.\n\nPerform Spot checks on pools to evaluate the performance of technicians using metrics such as cleanliness of pool/equipment area, water chemistry and timecards.\n\nOversee maintenance tasks, monitor the progress of current services, and supervise team members to ensure the company’s objectives are met.\n\nConduct pool service quotes for potential residential service customers, in conjunction with the Branch Manager.\n\nMeet technicians on site during the first maintenance visit for new customers to orient the tech\n\nMake an introduction to the homeowner (if homeowner is in residence) and complete the First Stop Checklist.\n\nProvide \\\"Pool School\\\" to customers when required.\n\nPerform algae checkbacks/technician follow-ups, start-up for new pool maintenance, diagnose and make small repairs.\n\nHandle customer complaints or concerns quickly and professionally to maintain good customer relationships.\n\nOversee the opening and closing of Yummy Pools daily operations.\n\nComplete open tasks entered in The Service Program (TSP) program.\n\nInspect trucks monthly to ensure the vehicle and equipment are safe to use, in good condition, and the truck is stocked with the required supplies and correct amount of chemicals.\n\nAdminister monthly Safety and Leadership Meetings with topics that include accident/incident prevention, company updates, coaching, goals, and answering employee concerns.\n\nMinimum 5 years’ experience as a Pool Maintenance Technician.\n\nGeneral supervisory experience or leadership in the pool service industry is strongly preferred.\n\nStrong understanding of residential and/or commercial pool maintenance, water chemistry, equipment and repair operations.\n\nExperience managing field technicians, recurring service routes and day-to-day field operations.\n\nStrong customer service and conflict-resolution skills with experience managing escalated customer concerns.\n\nHighly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and solve operational problems in real time.\n\nTech-savvy and comfortable working with route management, CRM, scheduling and workforce management systems.\n\nValid driver's license and ability to meet company driving requirements.\n\nYummy Pools is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
