Every day, our worldwide team of around 16,400 employees brings forward new ideas and solutions that are impacting and transforming everything from healthcare and renewable energy to e-mobility, high-tech, and telecommunications.\n\nEHS and Quality Manager\nThe primary responsibility of this position is to manage and oversee the Quality and EHS Departments within the site.\n\nYour Role and Responsibilities:\nSupport the development of EHS and technical safety, vision, goals and programs\nBudget responsibility for the site EHS Department\nEstablish, implement, maintain, and continually improve an EHS Management System according to ISO 14001 and ISO 45001\nConduct site wide training for EHS & Quality\nUnderstanding of Company Quality Mission and specific laboratory QC/QA protocols and corrective/preventative actions.\nSupport and actively participate in Company 7S program, Lean Programs, or similar company programs.\nAssures that documented methods are always followed.\nCreate training plan and schedule for all personnel in all required methods including required QC/ QA.\n\nWhat is required for this role:\nBachelors degree in related field or relevant experience\n5-years’experience in related industry and production/manufacturing\nWorking knowledge of OSHA standards and compliance\nProficient in MS Excel (pivot tables, permit layout templates are required), Word, Outlook\nAbility to work with minimum supervision, must be a self-starter\nProfessional written and oral communication skills\n\n.joqReqDescription .float-right { position: relative; right: 0px; bottom: 40px; float: right; } .joqReqDescription .float-left { float: left; margin-top: 15px !important; } .openmind { width: 300px; } .badge { height: 80px; }\n\nDiversity is at the core of our Vision, Mission, and Values.
