We ship 400–600 orders a day and it's growing. We're hiring two people to keep product moving: one focused on shipping, one on processing. Cross-training on both.*\n\nWHAT YOU'LL DO\n\nShipping\n\n- Pack sold items from the day's shows: pull, fold, bag, label, box\n\n- Print labels and scan out with USPS/UPS\n\n- Hit the daily ship-by deadline (orders ship within 1 business day)\n\n- Keep the shipping station stocked and organized\n\nProcessing\n\n- Open incoming boxes and bales, sort by category and size\n\n- Hang, tag, and rack items so the sellers can pull them fast\n\n- Flag damaged or questionable pieces for review\n\n- Keep counts and help with the monthly inventory tally\n\nWHO DOES WELL HERE\n\n- Fast, careful, and organized. You like a clear pile and an empty bin.\n\n- Comfortable on your feet 4–8 hours, lifting boxes up to 40 lbs\n\n- Reliable. Shows start whether the packing is done or not, so the packing gets done.\n\n- Familiarity with Lululemon (styles, sizing) is a plus, not required\n\n- Prior warehouse, shipping, retail stockroom, or reselling experience is a plus\n\nSCHEDULE\n\nCurrent openings: weekday and weekend day shifts between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM. Part-time (3–4 days) or full-time.\n\nPAY & DETAILS\n\n$20–25/hour depending on experience. W-2, paid biweekly through ADP.
