Vehicle Order Management Specialist
The Vehicle Order Management Specialist job responsibilities include but not limited to:Maintaining the North America ordering and inventory management process for FCA sourced productsMaintaining the Dealer Connect vehicle ordering application and vehicle code guides for US Market (U.S. retail, fleet, company car) and International marketsAnalyzing sales data and presenting vehicle order configuration recommendations to brand and North America market representativesPre-configuring vehicle orders according to market demand and facilitating order transmission to North America assembly plants and/or International assembly plants that produce vehicles for North AmericaWorking with cross regional supply chain teams to monitor FCA ordering systems and ensuring correct alignment of vehicle specifications, resolving vehicle order edit failuresAssist with US dealer allocation process as neededBasic QualificationsBachelor's Degree2+ years of experience in Supply Chain ManagementExperience in Supply Chain, Demand & Production Planning, Purchasing, Sales & Marketing and/or FinanceStrong Microsoft Office Excel and analytical skills, strong communication skills with the ability to develop consensus across multiple cross functional groupsAbility to work under tight deadlinesPreferred QualificationsExperience in interpreting STV relationshipsSkill in utilizing Qlik/Global Ebusiness ToolsOur Benefits — Designed With You In MindComprehensive Health & Well-being CoverageFrom your very first day, you’ll have access to medical, dental, vision, and prescription drug coverage — ensuring you and your family stay healthy and protected.
