This role will work to support our team across guest appearances and sourcing opportunities for talent to appear on the network. The ideal candidate is passionate about sports, culture & podcasts.What You'll DoCreate and develop a system for upcoming content for culture & sports calendarTrack and continuously update documents with upcoming film, TV, book releases, sporting events, award showSupport onsite guest appearances by managing logisticsWork closely with the Talent Relations team supporting guest booking and new show launchesMaintain a calendar with show teams for performance review check insResearch and generate talent lists as needed for various projects across podcast slate and live programmingLiaise between the Talent Relations team and legal department to maintain clear communication and manage record keepingEstablish workflow and consistent check-ins with show teamsWork collaboratively with show teams, producers, podcast managersWho You Are0-2 years experience in media, entertainment or sports industryPassionate about culture, film & TV, sports, musicExcellent organizational skillsEffective communicator who can collaborate well with othersProactive and action orientedWillingness to travel and be onsite for tapingsComfortable working in a fast-paced environmentStrong familiarity with pop culture scene and/or sports industryThe target hiring compensation range for this role is $32.00 to $38.00.
