In-Home OT: Safety & Mobility Evaluations

A health services company is seeking an Occupational Therapist for in-home evaluations and personalized home modifications. The successful candidate will conduct assessments, provide client education on safety, and work collaboratively with a remote team. Must have a degree in Occupational Therapy, an active OT license, and 2+ years of experience.
