Our work environment includes: Growth opportunities We are seeking a dedicated Fleet Service Agent to assist in the daily operations of our vehicle fleet. This role involves checking in and out rental or service vehicles, ensuring all cars are inspected, cleaned, and maintained properly before guest pickup. The Fleet Service Agent will also manage reservations, refuel vehicles, operate fleet management systems, and report any maintenance issues to leadership. Key Responsibilities: Vehicle Check-In & Check-Out: Verify vehicles upon return and before dispatch, ensuring they meet company standards. Inspection: Conduct thorough inspections of each vehicle, checking for damages, cleanliness, fuel levels, and operational status. Cleaning & Preparation: Wipe down the car’s interior/exterior and ensure it is ready for the next guest. Refueling: Ensure vehicles have adequate fuel levels before each pickup. System Operation & Reservations: Utilize fleet management software to track vehicle status, availability, and reservations. Maintenance & Repairs: Monitor vehicle upkeep, perform basic maintenance checks, and escalate issues to leadership for further action. Customer Service: Assist guests with vehicle pick-up and return, answering any questions and providing excellent service. Compliance: Follow company policies and safety procedures to ensure proper vehicle handling. Job Requirements: Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. Ability to operate different vehicle types, including automatic and manual transmissions. Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance and troubleshooting. Experience with fleet management systems is a plus. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work in various weather conditions and stand for extended periods.
