This role drives execution of Learning & Development and Operational Guidelines workstreams, helping standardize and scale enterprise processes across a matrixed global environment. Key Responsibilities: Lead execution of L&D and Operational Guidelines workstreams within portfolio operations Partner with workstream leads on planning, milestones, and delivery execution Track roadmaps, KPIs, and performance metrics Support enterprise learning programs and scientific training operations Coordinate training assignments, workshops, and learning system activities (LMS) Support rollout of standardized operational processes and governance frameworks Enable cross-functional alignment across global stakeholdersRequired Experience:Bachelor's or more advanced depth and breadth of training and experience and who meet job-specific criteria are eligible for consideration. Project management coursework or additional supportive training is a must (e.g. PMP, Six Sigma, Lean, Design Thinking, Agile methodology, etc.). 3 - 5 years of experience in healthcare life sciences (HCLS).
