Position Purpose We're looking for high energy and friendly individuals to join our Retail team as Retail Brand Ambassadors. As a retail team member, you will help run our Atlanta Dream merchandise operation. You'll work alongside our retail and marketing team to create and ensure a successful game day retail experience for our fans. Essential Duties & ResponsibilitiesPromote the Atlanta Dream brand and merchandise in a positive, engaging way.Create unique and memorable shopping experiences for fans through positive, professional interactions.Greet, assist, and upsell merchandise to fans.Open and close retail locations, responsible for handling accurate credit transactions.Maintain and organize inventory to ensure an efficient sales operation.Assist store associates with maximizing sales opportunities.Giving customers advice about sales and promotionsUsing upselling techniques to increase store salesRecommending the best products to customers QualificationsMust be 18 years of age or olderRetail sales or customer service experience, preferredMust be available to work 90% of all home gamesAbility to work long hours, including nights and weekendsMust have high energy, be enthusiastic and display positivity around the Atlanta Dream brandHighly motivated and proactive self-starter who works well as both team member and individualMust be punctualHave reliable transportation to and from work for all home gamesMust be able to lift 30lb or more We are an equal opportunity employer and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, national origin, sex, sexual orientation, age, disability, gender identity, marital or veteran status, or any other protected class.
