Your responsibilities will include responding to product inquiries, resolving issues, and managing customer relationships and orders efficiently. The ideal candidate loves talking to people and proactively solving issues.ResponsibilitiesRespond to customer enquiries via various means, with the ability to swiftly resolve complaints, keeping every relationship, whether internal or external strong and longstanding.Keep record of all interactions using the company CRMManage sales, returns, repairs, general enquiries and support accordinglyCollaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve complex customer issues.QualificationsAt least 2- 3 years' of relevant work experienceExcellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skillsAbility to multi-task, organise, and prioritise work
