What you must have:Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field preferred.Minimum of 3 years of experience in healthcare construction, architecture, engineering, or commercial construction project management.Healthcare construction experience is required.Understanding of construction project management processes, scheduling, budgeting, and contract administration.Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Proficiency with Microsoft Office and construction management software such as Procore, Bluebeam, or Microsoft Project is preferred.
