NTT DATA is currently seeking Remote XCELYS Medical Claims ExaminersMinimum 3 years of full-cycle, medical claims processing experience1+ year of recent Xcelys claims processing experience requiredAbility to work Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM CSTSummary:To serve as a Medical Claims Processor within the Xcelys environment. Provide subject-matter expertise on claims workflows and be a key contributor to system enhancements, audits, and process optimizations.Role Responsibilities:Adjudication & ReviewProcess comprehensive medical claims using Xcelys and associated subsystemsResolve complex pends, coding issues, and contract exceptionsAuthor overpayment/underpayment determinations and coordinate appealsQuality & ComplianceEngage in quality reviews, audits, root cause analysesMonitor accuracy, variance, and rework metricsEnsure alignment with regulatory and internal compliance guidelinesSupportAct as escalation point and subject matter expertProcess & System ImprovementParticipate in system testing, UAT, and workflow enhancementsRecommend improvements, document system and process changesReporting & AnalyticsPrepare production, pending, and quality reportsIdentify trends and recommend corrective actionsCross-Functional CollaborationLiaise with provider relations, legal, IT, compliance teamsSupport internal initiatives related to claims systems / operational improvementsRequired Skills/Experience  5+ years claims adjudication experienceMinimum of 1 year experience in Xcelys 2+ years in coding (CPT, ICD-10, HCPCS)2+ years provider contracts, pricing, regulatory guidelines experiencePreferencesExcellent analytical and communication skillsExperience training staff or acting as a mentorFamiliarity with system testing and documentationAbility to manage high-volume workload and meet performance metrics Education: Verifiable high school diploma or GEDCompensation: $20.00/hrAbout NTT DATA Services:NTT DATA Services is a recognized leader in IT and business services, including cloud, data and applications, headquartered in Texas.
