You will be independently responsible for representing the E2\nbrand, establishing client trust and rapport, and ensuring that all services are executed\nto the E2 standard.\nJob Responsibilities:\nDevelop high-trust relationships with Concierge clients and vendors.\nVisit client homes and properties frequently to stay in front of emerging issues.\nAssist in troubleshooting repairs, providing triage, or making simple adjustments as\nneeded.\nCoordinate and clearly communicate all client contracted services and any other\nservice-oriented requests.\nProvide clear, accurate, and timely follow-up regarding all scheduled tasks.\nManage, supervise, and support day-to-day vendor activity for Concierge clients.\nMaintain a safe working environment for E2, our vendors, and our clients.\nFollow up after service visits to ensure full satisfaction of our clients.\nAccountability for vendor bids, orders and invoices.\nCandidate Profile\nProfessional demeanor and well-honed interpersonal skills\nExcellent organizational, problem solving, and decision making skills\nAbility to work independently and follow through on all assignments with exceptional\nattention to detail\nOwnership mindset with infallible dependability\nUnderstanding residential construction trades and home building in general\nAbility to explain observed conditions to client in a consultative and reassuring\nmanner\nExperience working in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment with a direct\ncommunication style\nProficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, Google Business, and Airtable\napplications are strongly preferred, with the flexibility to innovate with new\ntechnologies as they arise\nSalary and Benefits:\nCompetitive Salary, commensurate with experience, Paid Vacation and Holidays, 401k\nRetirement Plan with matching, Employee Benefits: Medical, Life, and Long-Term\nDisability, with access to group Dental, Vision, Company Cell Phone and/or Tablet\nResumes with a concise and tailored cover letter and salary history are preferred.\nE2 is a Drug, alcohol, and smoke free workplace.
