This position serves as the primary liaison for all training and courseware matters, coordinating with the NET Director to manage and execute the full spectrum of training support operations.\nKey Responsibilities:\nServe as the single point of contact for all training and courseware development/execution.\nDirect and manage all contractor staffing and task execution under the NET contract.\nLiaise daily with the NET Director and other stakeholders on training operations and requirements.\nTrack and verify instructor certifications, to include employment physicals, swim and Underwater Egress Trainer (UET) qualifications.\nSubmit written confirmation of instructor readiness no later than 15 calendar days prior to instruction.\nParticipate in Government Manpower, Personnel, and Training (MPT) Integrated Product Teams and related working groups.\nConduct or support formal evaluations of instructors to ensure readiness and lesson delivery competency.\nMaintain awareness of schedule, risk, personnel issues, and cost performance throughout task execution.\nContribute to the development and maintenance of the Program Management Plan (PMP) and Monthly Status Reports (MSRs) as required by Contract Data Requirements List (CDRLs).\nBasic Qualifications:\nU.S. Citizen with an active Secret Security Clearance.\nProven experience managing training programs, preferably within a DoD or USMC environment.\nFamiliarity with amphibious operations, vehicle crew operations, or new equipment fielding programs.\nDemonstrated leadership and team management skills, including coordination of dispersed teams.\nProficient in planning, organizing, and executing large-scale training or instructional initiatives.\nStrong communication, stakeholder engagement, and reporting skills.\nMust meet physical requirements to participate in vehicle mount/dismount, egress, and amphibious training operations while wearing Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).\nPreferred Qualifications:\nCompletion of Marine Corps Instructor Development Course (IDC) or equivalent.\nExperience with the ACV Family of Vehicles (FoV) or similar combat vehicles.\nBackground in Marine Corps or joint service training development and delivery.\nPMP certification or formal project/program management training.\nOther Requirements:\nUS Citizenship required for this Position: Yes\nPerformance Location: Camp Pendleton, CA\nRelocation Assistance: No\nClearance Type: Secret\nTravel Required: Yes 50%\nWorking Environment:\nThe usual daily work conditions will be in an office environment located at Camp Pendleton CA. The job requires occasional lifting of computer and other equipment, generally not in excess of 50 lbs., usually in connection with equipment transport to off-site locations for exercise events. This job also requires field time where the instructor will be required to supervise students from the Vehicle Commanders Station of an ACV during field exercises in the land and on water. The Instructor will be required to wear all PPE for extended periods of time when in the field. The exercise support staff typically travels with a high degree of frequency. Travel to training exercise locations regularly includes CONUS, its territories, with occasional international travel.
