This leadership role is based in our Tempe office and requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in proposal management within the AEC industry.\nThis is an on-site position and is not hybrid or remote.\n\nEssential Duties and Responsibilities\n\nResponsibilities:\n\nProposal Strategy & Management\nLead and manage the full lifecycle of proposal development, including Statements of Qualifications (SOQs), RFPs, and interview preparation.\nCollaborate with firm leadership, technical staff, and marketing team to develop win strategies, compelling content, and ensure alignment with brand standards..\nOversee proposal deadlines, resource allocation, and ensure adherence to quality standards.\nReview all final proposal documents for compliance to ensure error-free documents for submission.\nMentor and guide proposal staff, providing feedback and professional development support.\nMarketing Leadership & Collaboration\nPartner with the Marketing Manager to align proposal efforts with broader marketing and branding strategies.\nContribute to the development of marketing collateral, digital content, and event planning.\nAnalyze proposal outcomes and implement process improvements to increase win rates and efficiency.\n\nRequirements\n\nBachelor’s degree in marketing or related field preferred, and/or equivalent combination of education and experience\nMinimum of 5+ years of experience in proposal management within the AEC industry.\nMust have above-average experience with executing competitive RFP/RFQ proposals\nProven leadership experience in managing proposal teams or processes.\nAdvanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) and Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint).\nStrong strategic thinking, communication, and organizational skills.\nAbility to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.\nPassion for high-quality deliverables and continuous improvement.\n\nBenefits\n\nThe comprehensive benefits plan offered by Wilson Engineers exceeds industry standards, and is aimed at meeting each employee's personal and professional expectations.
