Ready to put your legal background to work in a different way?CB Consulting Group is conducting a confidential search for an Account Manager on behalf of a well-respected Third-Party Administrator specializing in complex environmental, asbestos, and latent-type insurance claims. This is a litigation-adjacent role that keeps you close to the work you know: coverage disputes, defense strategy, settlements, and complex legal issues, without the demands of active litigation or a billable hour target in sight.You'll manage claims from inception through resolution, working alongside defense counsel, insureds, and reinsurers, leveraging your legal skills every day, just without the billable pressure.You're a great fit if you have:A J.D. and some exposure to insurance defense, coverage, or environmental/toxic tort mattersOR 3+ years of P&C claims experience with a focus on environmental or latent claimsStrong analytical and communication skills and the ability to manage competing prioritiesCompensation and Schedule: Up to $130,000 base, commensurate with experience and location.
