This position supports production, engineering, and quality teams. Responsibilities include:\n\nDocument Management\n\nManage the document control database, including tracking systems for FW Murphy's records and document revision level status.\nSupport the workflow and delivery of required documents, releasing new and revised documents through Agile.\nMaintain the Quality Management System for the electronic distribution of approved controlled documents through Agile PLM.\nEnsure proper handling of quality documents, including policies, procedures, templates, and administrative records.\nAssist with internal and external audits as required by the document control procedure.\nImplement and oversee document control procedures to ensure that all records are up-to-date, accessible, applicable, documented, and uploaded in Agile.\nManage document control systems or databases, ensuring they are secure, updated, and user-friendly.\nSupport the release process and the upload of 8D and PFMA documents in Agile.\nVerify that all documentation adheres to industry standards, company policies, and regulatory requirements.\nTrain staff in document control procedures and the use of document management systems.\nProvide support to internal teams for any document-related queries.\n\nEngineering\n\nMaintain and organize engineering documents, including drawings, specifications, and technical reports.\nDevelop, manage, and maintain document control systems for all projects and programs.\nCreate a numerical document system, file documentation, and oversee review/control packages.\nGather, log electronically, and distribute various engineering documents while maintaining established files of drawings and correspondence.\nCreate and maintain distribution list matrices in Agile. Receive, log, and distribute all vendor documents.\nUpload and download documentation from the client system.\nSupport the collection of records from the PPAP (Production Part Approval Process).\n\nTeam Collaboration\n\nCollaborate with engineering, product management, and other departments to gather, distribute, and archive documents.\nEnsure clear communication regarding document statuses, revisions, and updates.\n\n WHAT YOU’LL BRING\n\nBachelor's degree in business administration, project management, or a related field is preferred. Relevant project, quality, and/or documentation experience may be considered in lieu of degree.\nMinimum 2+ years’ experience in administration, documentation, and/or project management, preferably within a manufacturing environment.\nProven ability to effectively communicate complex results and recommendations in a dynamic environment.\nDetail-oriented with the ability to work with speed and accuracy.\nAbility to investigate complex issues and conduct root cause analysis.\nPassion for creating innovative approaches to solve abstract business problems.\nHands-on experience with MS Office and MS Excel.
