Supplier Support is responsible for facilitating data exchange between Source Intelligence and Source Intelligence customer suppliers.\nWhat you’ll do\nEngage in communications with suppliers for data collection purposes on behalf of SI customers.\nInteract with customers/suppliers to address their concerns, answer their questions, and assist them with their needs.\nAssist suppliers with how to complete requested supply chain documentation i.e., forms and survey templates.\nReview suppliers’ responses and process basic documentation provided\nEngage suppliers with questions on the use of the portal\nEngage suppliers with questions on requirements of requested compliance documentation\nApprove data submitted by suppliers through the portal\nComplete Source Intelligence Product Compliance Certification 1\nOther responsibilities as assigned by the company\nWhat we’re looking for\nBachelor’s degree or equivalent experience\nCustomer Service experience preferred\nKnowledgeable of relevant compliance regulations like RoHS, REACH, conflict minerals, California Proposition 65, TSCA, etc. preferred\nProficiency in Microsoft Office suite of applications (Outlook, Excel, SharePoint, etc.)\nStrong written and verbal communication skills\nDemonstrate organizational priority-setting skills\nAttention to detail\nMultilingual ability in speech and written communication a plus\nStrong time management skills\nSelf-motivated and a team player\nPlease note that the salary ranges provided in this job posting are for reference purposes only and may vary based on factors such as location, experience, qualifications, and prevailing market conditions.
