This position is responsible for providing routine transactional reporting and support across key operational processes on a global basis.As a Timekeeper at Graham, you will:Process Accounts Payable/Accounts ReceivableOrder to CashProcure to PayRecord to ReportProcess full cycle Payroll (bi-weekly/monthly/off-cycle payroll in both payroll and HR systems)Ensures all payroll related information requests are applied within a reasonable time frameInterprets and reviews reports to determine appropriate employee hours/pay for processingReviews various garnishment notices to determine appropriate actionResolve all queries quickly and effectivelyComplete Fixed Asset ReportingMaintain employee personnel filesMay specialize in one of the department's computer functions related to payrollMay perform some responsibilities related to timekeepingPerforms other duties as requiredQualifications & Experience: High School diploma + 2 yrs of relevant experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education2 years of payroll experience in a union environment1 year of administrative assistant experienceProficient with Microsoft Office - Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPointMust be willing to be onsite at Client location, when requiredDue to the nature of the work, US Citizen and/or Permanent Resident is requiredMust pass pre-employment drug screen and background checkPhysically able, with or without an accommodation, to work in indoor and outdoor environments with uneven terrainAbility to work in variable environmental conditions include heat, dust, noise, and chemicalsAbility to conduct field work and wearing associated personal protective equipment, including but not limited to gloves, safety glasses/googles, safety shoes/boots, hard hat, and hearing protectionCompensation and Benefits:Hourly rate $33.07Opportunity for ownership and increased income through dividends and share equity increasesSharing of annual profits paid out in bonusesExcellent Health & Dental benefits plan, Life insurance, AD&D.
