Position: Lifeguard Revision Dates: 01/29/2026; 06/2019; 07/2017 Reports to: Head Swim Coach Department: Athletics Salary Grade: Maryland Minimum Wage FSLA Status: Non-exempt Location of Position: Harlow Pool, McDaniel College, 2 College Hill, Westminster, MD 21157 Duration of Appointment: 8/6/2025-5/22/2026 Schedule: Schedule is at discretion of supervisor Evaluation Procedures: Student workers are evaluated on a continuing basis. Scope: Lifeguarding Responsibilities: Supervise and lifeguard swimming pool during all open, recreational and rental swim times. Schedule: Daytime, evening and weekend hours are available.
