Our work depends on this role to serve as the primary point-of-contact to the Program Manager (and at times the Government) for all endpoint engineering support-related needs. This role will manage a team that supports the infrastructure operations tasks of a complete spectrum of IT engineering projects, platforms, and services, including infrastructure, endpoint, security, and network services.\nRESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:\nServing as the primary interface to the Government for all infrastructure operations support\nSupporting infrastructure operations projects, including those related to security and network operations, NOC/SOC, system deployment, integration management, etc.,\nFollowing the HHS EPLC framework and methodology where applicable\nProviding oversight during third-party audits (e.g., technical, management, testing, and security)\nIndependent testing of engineered solutions approved by HHS authorized/designated personnel as needed\nProviding seamless network and security server operations for federal users\nServing as expert in enterprise monitoring solutions (E.g.
