Environmental Site Assessor on Call Phase I ESA Reports QUALIFICATIONS Meet requirements for an Environmental Professional as identified in the Environmental Protection Agency’s All Appropriate Inquiry (AAI) standards Registered Environmental Property Assessor (REPA) Completion of the 40-Hour OSHA Hazardous Materials Course and Yearly Refresher Course Substantial experience conducting and preparing Phase 1 Environmental Site Assessments (ESAs) Excellent technical writing and analytical skills RESPONSIBILITIES Conduct preliminary consultation for and/or evaluation of sites generally Conduct site inspections as part of Phase 1 ESA protocol Prepare Phase I ESAs and Phase 1 ESA Updates Conduct internal and external correspondence Coordinate or assist in the coordination of ENPLAN team member actions Assist in preparation of work programs, cost estimates, and proposals TO APPLY Email your resume and two academic or professional writing samples for which you were the principal author to hr@enplan.com.
