Current technologies include Python, TypeScript, Node, and React, although exceptional engineers who can learn new technologies quickly are encouraged.\nExperience working directly with customers or other external stakeholders.\nStrong technical problem-solving ability and comfort operating with ambiguity.\nHigh agency and high output: you naturally identify problems, propose solutions, and execute without waiting for detailed instructions.\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills.\nStrong product instincts and genuine customer empathy.\nAbility to simplify complicated technical concepts for both technical and non-technical audiences.\nComfortable operating in a lean, fast-moving startup where responsibilities extend beyond a traditional job description.\nProud of your craft and passionate about building products that work exceptionally well.\nStrong Plus\nPrevious Forward Deployed Engineer experience.\nCybersecurity or enterprise security experience.\nExperience building customer-facing integrations or technical deployments.\nBackground at a high-growth or highly technical startup.\nExperience working closely with enterprise customers, security teams, CTOs, CISOs, or technical executives.\nExperience building AI-powered products or working with modern AI development tools.\nCompensation & Benefits\n\nThe company is intentionally flexible on compensation and will pay top dollar for exceptional engineering talent.
