Whitecap Car Wash plans to expand across the Southeastern United States, while establishing and maintaining a reputation for magnificent service in the neighborhoods we serve.\nJob Description:\nAs a Whitecap Car Wash Shift Supervisor, you will encourage a positive environment for your team and customers. You will assist the Site Manager in daily operations to ensure you are running successfully and efficiently. You will have a strong focus on preventative maintenance inside and outside of the car wash tunnel. Your responsibilities will include ensuring maintenance plans are completed with punctuality, along with training team members on maintenance best practices.
