Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring talent while maintaining positive relationships with both candidates and hiring managers.
Responsibilities:
Source and recruit new engineers/data scientists for project delivery.
Schedule qualification calls with prospective candidates.
Build rapport with prospective candidates.
Gather and disseminate competitive information within the delivery team.
Educate, excite, and sell candidates on career opportunities and its clients.
Develop and maintain candidate flow for various teams.
Maintain relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree
Strong organization skills and attention to detail
Sales mentality
Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
Proven customer service and relationship-building skills
Ability to handle/resolve conflict
Experience with various search methods (social media, job boards, networking, etc.)
Familiarity with boolean searching
Experience working with Google Apps suite
Entrepreneurial mindset, goal-oriented, and internally motivated
Proficiency with Microsoft and Google suite
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $67,365.00 - $70,530.00 per year
