This role is responsible for ensuring accurate financial reporting, maintaining strong internal controls, supporting audits, and driving continuous improvement across the accounting function.\r\nWhat You'll Do\r\nLead monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes across multiple sites\r\nPrepare and review financial statements in accordance with GAAP\r\nMaintain the integrity of the general ledger, reconciliations, accruals, and journal entries\r\nSupport budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis\r\nEnsure compliance with internal controls and SOX requirements\r\nPartner with internal and external auditors\r\nIdentify and implement accounting process improvements\r\nSupport ERP and accounting system enhancements\r\nWhat We're Looking For\r\nBachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (Accounting preferred)\r\n5-8+ years of progressive accounting experience\r\nStrong knowledge of GAAP, financial reporting, and internal controls\r\nManufacturing and/or multi-site accounting experience preferred\r\nCPA or CMA preferred (or in progress)\r\nERP system experience and advanced Excel skills\r\nStrong analytical, organizational, and communication skills\r\nWhy Join DSTI?\r\nDSTI is a publicly owned global manufacturing company serving industries including aerospace, medical, oil & gas, food packaging, and alternative energy.
