What You'll Do: Be a champion for individual growth: Partner with adults with disabilities to achieve their unique goals, tailoring community-based activities to their interests and aspirations. Craft personalized pathways: Develop, review, and evaluate individual program plans, tracking progress and celebrating milestones along the journey. Connect and collaborate: Build strong relationships with participants, families, and community partners, fostering a supportive network for success. Unleash the power of community: Explore diverse opportunities together, from bowling and parks to volunteer work and educational classes. Unlock social potential: Support individuals in developing valuable social skills, navigating community interactions, and building meaningful connections. Qualifications: Valid California driver's license and reliable car for work purposes (required). Bilingual preferred (Spanish and English): Minimum two (2) years of experience providing direct care to people with disabilities. (required) Strong written and verbal communication skills.
