In this role, you will be responsible for preparing, transporting, and installing commercial graphics on vehicles, windows, walls, signs, and other customer surfaces. When installation work is not scheduled, you'll assist with production tasks in the shop.\n\nThe ideal candidate has experience installing vinyl graphics on both flat and curved surfaces, pays close attention to detail, and is committed to delivering high-quality work while maintaining a safe work environment.\n\nResponsibilities\nPrepare, transport, and install commercial graphics at customer locations.\nInstall vehicle wraps, fleet graphics, architectural graphics, window graphics, and general signage.\nInstall adhesive-backed graphics, vinyl banners, window perforation, closed mesh (windscreen), acrylic letters, and routed lettering.\nRead and interpret installation diagrams, measurements, color layouts, and specifications.\nUse installation tools including squeegees, knives, tape measures, rulers, heat guns, and torches.\nSafely operate ladders, scaffolds, and lifts.\nInventory materials, organize tools, and transport supplies without damage.\nMaintain clean and organized job sites and shop areas.\nFollow all company safety procedures and quality standards.\nAssist with additional production and installation tasks as assigned.\nQualifications\nMinimum 1 year of graphic installation experience required.\nExperience installing adhesive-backed vinyl graphics on flat and curved surfaces.\nAbility to install vehicle graphics, architectural graphics, and signage.\nBasic English communication skills (bilingual is a plus).\n3M Certification is a plus.\nValid Texas driver's license and reliable transportation.\nAbility to pass a background check.\nComfortable using cutting, measuring, and heat application tools.\nAbility to follow detailed instructions and work independently.\nStrong attention to detail with the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.\nAbility to work safely while using ladders, scaffolds, and lifts.\nPhysical Requirements\nAbility to travel to various job sites.\nAbility to lift, carry, and transport installation materials and equipment.\nWork safely both independently and as part of a team.\nLocation: Houston, TX - 77040\nJob Type: Full-Time, M-F\nPay: $18.00–$25.00 per hour (based on experience and qualifications)\n\nIf you have experience installing commercial graphics and are looking for a long-term opportunity with a growing team, we'd love to hear from you!
