This role is to help the organization complete and control expenses by processing, verifying and reconciling invoices. As a member of this team, you will be asked to perform this role using our North American systems applying IFRS accounting rules.The collaboration for this role is for 2-year contract.ResponsibilitiesAccurately review, code, and process vendor invoices and check requestsPerform monthly reconciliationsMaintain vendor accounts while staying in compliance with company policies and proceduresPerform data entry associated with accounts payableReview and reconcile invoice discrepanciesAudit and process credit card billsAddress and respond to vendor inquiriesSupport audit process Other duties as assigned. QualificationsHigh school diploma.
