After School Aide

Overview We are seeking a dedicated and caring School Aide to join our educational team. As a School Aide, you will play a vital role in supporting teachers and staff in creating a nurturing and inclusive classroom environment. Duties - Provide individual and small group tutoring to students, focusing on their academic needs and abilities. - Assist teachers with classroom management, ensuring a safe and organized learning space. - Utilize effective behavior management strategies to promote positive student behavior and create a positive classroom culture. - Maintain open communication with teachers and staff. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
