Your engineering expertise will be required through all phases of the development process including designing, developing, and implementing frontend and backend software for a complex web application translating software requirements into working and maintainable solutions within the existing application frameworks and will contribute to the success of our government customer's mission. You will demonstrate a high level of self-initiative and responsibility in your work, embodying the qualities of a self-starter and a reliable professional.\nResponsibilities:\nManaging the complete software development process from conception to deployment\nMaintaining and upgrading the software following deployment\nManaging the end-to-end life cycle for the production of software and applications\nOverseeing and guiding the analyzing, writing, building, and deployment of software\nOverseeing the automated testing and providing feedback to management during the development process\nModifying and testing changes to previously developed programs\nRequired Skills:\nActive TS/SCI clearance is required\nBachelors Degree in Software Engineering or a related discipline\n2+ years of Java, C#, C++ or Python\n2+years of Javascript or Typescript experience\nExperience with React, Docker, Spring Boot or .NET\nProficiency working with relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL or MongoDB)\nExperience with DevSecOps and Agile Scrum software development methodology including using tools like Git, Jira and Confluence\nExperience with containerization and orchestration technologies including Kubernetes, Docker/Podman, and Helm, with familiarity operating workloads in enterprise or cloud-managed Kubernetes platforms (e.g., OpenShift, Rancher, EKS).\nNice to have Qualifications:\nExperience with AWS, Kubernetes\nExperience with Government Clouds (e.g. GovCloud, C2S)\nAn understanding of common geospatial data architectures, visualization, and data analytics\nThis position offers a comprehensive benefits package that includes significant profit-sharing opportunities, retirement plan, company-paid health, vision, and dental care benefits, flexible PTO, and bonus opportunities.\nThe base salary range for this position is $109,120 - $231,780 annually, based on full-time employment in the Denver, Colorado area.
