We are on the lookout for an experienced Software Developer with a passion for biosensing, brain-computer interfaces, and platform architecture. The Lead Software Developer will be responsible for managing a team of talented engineers and guide the creation of new and existing OpenBCI software products.\r\nThe base salary range is $140,000 to $175,000, depending on experience.\r\nPlease include the following information in your application:\r\nResume\r\nAn explanation of why you want to work at OpenBCI\r\nPortfolio or examples of past work\r\nPrimary ResponsibilitiesOversee the planning, development, and management of professional software, code repositories, and system architecture across platforms\r\nDesign, build and document scalable solutions to complex biosensing problems.\r\nCollaborate with hardware, firmware and software engineers to test and debug software systems.\r\nProvide maintenance and support for the existing OpenBCI products.\r\nConceptualize high-level software system design\r\nDirect UI/UX feature improvements\r\nDevelop and document workflow, policies, and other infrastructure related activities\r\nWear many hats. OpenBCI is still a small company, so everyone has to get their hands dirty from time to time.
