This role is responsible for advanced data analysis, design, build and maintain reporting and analytic solutions using EPIC's Cogito suite (Clarity, Caboodle, Reporting Workbench, SlicerDicer, Radar). This role supports data-driven decision-making by delivering accurate, actionable insights to clinical, operational and financial stakeholders.\nKey Responsibilities:\nDevelop, optimize, and maintain reports, dashboards, and data extracts within Epic Cogito tools.\nBuild and tune SQL queries, views, and stored procedures for custom analytics.\nPowerBI reporting\nMaintain Clarity and Caboodle data models and participate in ETL workflows.\nCollaborate with business users to translate needs into technical solutions.\nEnsure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance with governance and privacy standards.\nSupport and train report consumers; document specifications and maintain version control.\nPartner with analytics and data teams to align reporting with enterprise goals.\nQualifications:\nMust be a U.S. Citizen\nCertified: EPIC Clarity required. Additional EPIC module certifications preferred.\nEducation: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.\nExperience: Minimum of 5 years in Business Intelligence, data analytics or SQL development.
