Click apply now and join the Chamberlain experience.What You Will Be Accountable ForElicit, analyze, and document detailed IT and system requirements for AI and data-driven initiativesTranslate business needs into technical specifications, including system workflows, data models, and integration pointsWrite and manage user stories, epics, and acceptance criteria with a strong focus on technical accuracyPartner with engineering, architecture, and data teams to support solution design and implementationDrive data mapping, data transformation, and migration requirements across systemsSupport AI-related projects, including requirements for data inputs, outputs, and model integration into business processesParticipate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and ensure requirements are refined, prioritized, and ready for developmentCollaborate with QA and business teams to support UAT, validation, and requirement traceabilityAct as the liaison between business stakeholders and IT teams, ensuring alignment on technical solutionsWhat Qualifications You Need7–10+ years of experience as an IT Business Analyst supporting enterprise technology initiativesStrong experience working on large-scale, complex IT projects involving multiple systems and integrationsProven ability to write technical business requirements, including user stories, epics, and detailed acceptance criteriaHands-on experience with data mapping, data migration, and system integrationsRecent experience working within an Agile/Scrum environment (within the past year)Strong understanding of system architecture concepts, APIs, and data flowsAbility to clearly articulate hands-on BA contributions in technical environmentsPreferred Job Qualifications:Experience supporting AI/ML or advanced analytics initiativesBackground working with data platforms, data warehouses, or cloud-based systemsExperience in the insurance or financial services industryFamiliarity with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, SQL, or similarAbout the Client Our client offers a broad selection of highly competitive insurance and financial products covering diverse markets including Employer Paid and Voluntary Group Benefits and an array of Enhanced Product Services.
