This high‑profile property features 331 suites in a 17‑story building with modern amenities and extensive event space.\nResponsibilities Perform general maintenance of building and facility mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.\nConduct electrical repairs on appliances, wiring, HVAC, switches, fixtures, and motors.\nRepair plumbing fixtures, piping, drains, and sanitary systems.\nRepair woodwork, wall vinyl, doors, windows, carpeting, and other finishing work.\nMaintain mechanical equipment such as pumps, compressors, water heaters, and automotive equipment.\nKeep records and logs of completed tasks and submit reports to supervisors in a timely manner.\nQualifications Experience working in a maintenance role at a hotel or resort.\nKnowledge of household repairs including carpentry, electrical, plumbing, and other trade skills.\nStrong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure in a fast‑paced environment.\nExcellent communication skills and a welcoming, engaging personality.\nAvailable to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.\nAbility to walk, stand, reach, crouch, bend, push/pull and lift up to 50lbs.\nCompensation $22.5 – $23 per hour, with compensation determined by individual skill set, experience, certifications, and location.\nEEO/ADA/VET/LGBTQ+ Pyramid Global Hospitality is an equal‑opportunity employer committed to diversity and inclusion.
