The position offers the opportunity to lead cross-functional teams, design scalable solutions, and ensure platform reliability while mentoring other analysts.\n\nResponsibilities\n\nLead the administration, engineering, licensing, and governance of Microsoft 365 services such as Exchange Online, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Copilot, and Entra ID.\nMonitor the Microsoft 365 roadmap, evaluate emerging capabilities, and guide testing, staging, and production readiness for new features.\nProvide Tier 3 support, perform root-cause analysis, and conduct post-incident reviews to maintain system stability and reliability.\nManage enterprise identity and access controls through Microsoft Entra ID, enforcing SSO, MFA, Conditional Access, and privileged access policies.\nStrengthen platform security and compliance using Microsoft Purview, Insider Risk Management, data classification, DLP, retention, and eDiscovery tools.\nAnalyze business and technical requirements to design, develop, and implement scalable Microsoft 365 solutions.\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams, utilizing project management best practices to deliver innovative technology solutions that streamline business processes.\nProvide technical mentorship and leadership within the team, supporting professional growth and knowledge sharing.\nDocument solutions, maintain system best practices, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.\nSupport 24/7 on-call duties as required to ensure operational continuity.\nQualifications\n\nHigh school diploma or GED with at least 15 years of IT experience; OR associate's degree with a minimum of 10 years' IT experience; OR a bachelor's degree in an IT-related field with at least 8 years of relevant experience.\nDemonstrated expertise in Microsoft 365 administration, security, and compliance tools.\nStrong knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID, SSO, MFA, Conditional Access, and privileged access management.\nExperience with Microsoft Purview, Insider Risk Management, DLP, retention, and eDiscovery solutions.\nProven ability to lead projects, analyze technical requirements, and develop scalable solutions.\nExcellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.\nAbility to participate in a 24/7 on-call support schedule.\nMust be legally authorized to work in the United States.\nPublishing Pay Range: $50.00 - $60.00 hourly\n\nThis position offers a hybrid work schedule, combining both office and remote work capabilities.\n\nAbout GDH:\nAt GDH, we believe in the power of people and the importance of caring.
