PathPoint's day services provide skills training and support for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. As a Direct Support Professional, you will lead in-person, community-based, and virtual classes.\n\nAbout PathPoint: PathPoint is a nonprofit dedicated to helping people flourish. We partner with children, adults, and families to foster hope, build life skills, access support systems, and form meaningful relationships. We serve communities across Kern, Los Angeles, San Luis Obispo, Santa Barbara, and Ventura counties.\n\nSchedule: Monday-Friday 8:00am-3pm, and the work environment may be a mix of indoor and outdoor settings.\n\nCompensation: This is an hourly, non-exempt position starting at $22.75 per hour. The pay range for this position is $21.61-$23.89.
