Additionally, this position requires interfacing with Quality and Process Development organizations to integrate new processes into the existing manufacturing area. This role follows an onsite work model requiring employees to be in our local office five (5) days/weekYour Responsibilities Will Include:Understand engineering principles theories, concepts, practices and techniques. Apply technical knowledge to develop innovative processes, procedures, and toolingEnsure proper documentation is completed to meet quality systems requirements (e.g., BOMs, Validation Plans and Reports, FMEAs, etc.)Develop test plans, perform DOE and data analysis, and validate processesWork with vendors/suppliers to design and procure complex tooling, fixtures, and/or equipment.Write work instructions, technical reports, validations, and qualifications by capturing experimental resultsWorks collaboratively with Engineering, Quality, Production, and Regulatory on complex projects to ensure success.Leads and communicates effectively on cross-functional project teamsMinimum QualificationsBachelor’s degree in engineering, preferably Mechanical, or similar disciplines5+ years of experience related to manufacturing or process engineeringStrong fundamental knowledge of automation systems including vision, inspection, servos, robots, and communication systemsProven experience validating manufacturing processes (SAT, IQ, OQ, PQ, TMV, etc..)Proven experience designing fixtures and machined toolsHighly collaborative, with strong written and verbal communication skills, adjusting for audience requirementsPreferred QualificationsProven ability to lead cross-functional teamsHighly motivated individual that can independently drive deliverables to completion through collaboration among team members and departmentsExperience with automated machine vision systems/cameras (Cognex vision systems)Medical device manufacturing process development experienceDisclaimer: Brooksource, Medasource, and Calculated Hire are part of the Eight Eleven Group family of companies and operate under Eight Eleven Group, LLC.
