Populate ship details in the ERP system. Distribute documents to customers and other stakeholders as required. File documents in related PO folders.\nGenerate ship reports to review for completeness\nReview and verify new orders against the Planning Order Report\nOrder Management\nNRE Orders: Work with the Product Development/Cert & Integration Program Manager to review the accuracy of NRE pricing and invoice schedule prior to order acceptance.\nProduction Orders:\nWork with the Operations Program Manager to review the accuracy of hardware part number, revision, pricing, and any other special instructions before order acceptance.\nWork with the Contracts Administrator to review terms and conditions prior to order acceptance.\nWork with the Production Planning Manager to review delivery dates prior to order acceptance.\nOrder Entry: Accurately enter purchase orders and sales orders into the system, ensuring all information is complete and correct.\nOrder Confirmation: Provide order confirmations to customers once confirmed internally. Accurately record accepted orders in the order management system.\nOversee the logistics process to ensure on-time delivery as per the agreed schedule.\nSchedule Review\nReview and verify customer open orders with Planning and Program Management against internal schedules to ensure both are aligned.\nReview and verify NRE invoice schedules against internal schedules to ensure both are aligned.\nCommunicate progress of scheduled orders and ensure On Time Delivery per customer requirements.\nShipping Information Management\nShipping Data Entry: Process and upload shipping information promptly and accurately on customer portals.\nTracking: Maintain detailed records of shipped orders and update systems as needed to reflect current status.\nBRMA Order Management\nResponse to BRMA requests, including generation of BRMA quotes as required\nEfficiently process and manage BRMA paperwork, ensuring all required documentation is complete and correctly filled.\nWork with the cross-functional teams to process BRMAs to meet internal TAT goals.\nCustomer Engagement\nCommunicate with customers to confirm PO acceptance or discuss any discrepancies or special requirements.\nProvide customers with timely updates on their order status, including expected delivery dates and any potential delays.
