Our goal is to serve 100,000 youth by 2030 through experiences that build confidence, teamwork, and lifelong skills, on and off the field.\n\nABOUT THE ROLE\n\nThe Site Program Manager is a hands-on operational leader responsible for ensuring High Performance Academy's Programs, Camps, and Leagues are delivered with consistency, quality, and operational excellence. Reporting to the Area Manager, this role oversees daily program operations, staff leadership, scheduling, training, and program execution while serving as the primary point of support for coaches, partners, and program sites. The Site Program Manager plays a critical role in maintaining HPA's program standards, developing team members, managing logistics and performance, and fostering strong relationships with school and community partners. This position is ideal for a proactive leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys developing people, solving operational challenges, and creating exceptional experiences for youth, staff, and partners.
