DescriptionPosition SummaryThe Senior Full Stack Cloud & Data Engineer is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable cloud-native applications, with a strong emphasis on data analytics and AWS-based services. This role supports complex mission-critical systems and requires the ability to translate business processes into effective technical solutions.Job ResponsibilitiesDesign and develop full stack applications using React and Node.jsBuild and maintain cloud-native solutions utilizing AWS services (Lambda, DynamoDB, S3, EventBridge, Kinesis)Develop and optimize SQL-based data solutions and analytics capabilitiesAnalyze complex business processes and align system functionality to mission needsTroubleshoot technical issues, identify root causes, and implement effective solutionsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions that meet client expectationsContribute to continuous improvement of development practices and technical capabilitiesQualificationsRequired Education/CertificationBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related fieldRequired QualificationsMinimum 5 years of experience with React developmentMinimum 5 years of experience with Node.js developmentMinimum 3 years of experience with AWS services (Lambda, DynamoDB, S3, EventBridge, Kinesis)Minimum 3 years of experience with SQL and data analyticsStrong problem-solving skills and ability to independently research and resolve issuesStrong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to collaborate effectively in a team environment and adapt to new technologiesPreferred QualificationsExperience with Single Page Applications (SPA) and related librariesExperience with Agile and DevOps tools (e.g., Git, Jenkins, CloudBees, React Testing Library, Jest)Experience with relational databases and DynamoDBRequired ClearanceMust be a U.S. CitizenMust be able to obtain a Public Trust clearancePreference for candidates with active or recent ICE or CBP clearance
