Engineering Technician
Job TitleSupport training operations of Army personnel on surveillance systems. Training includes site survey, theory of operations, emplacement, operating, troubleshooting and movement of equipment.Support engineering activities such as design, test, checkout, modification, integration and assembly of Army surveillance systems and subsystems which may include computer systems, radio sets, power distribution systems, etc.Work from schematics, diagrams, written and verbal descriptions, layouts or defined plans to perform testing, checkout and trouble-shooting functions.Assist with development and reviews of technical documentation (e.g., operator manuals, maintenance manuals, plans, procedures, et. al.) for Army systems.Collect, maintain, organize, compile, and manipulate technical data.Communicate with leadership, other members of the team, and the customer to ensure a common understanding of requirements, status, action items, issues, etc.Perform all other position related duties as assigned or requested.
