As a Utility Expert you will learn to decipher when meter reads and other information on the bills seems to be out of the ordinary. You will be a part of a team that has the potential to make a big impact on our clients. For example, in 2022 we were able to save our clients a combined total of $2,381,327.63!!!\nResponsibilities As an Exceptions Specialist, you will:\nResearch and resolve anomalies in utility provider bills.\nCommunicate with utility providers and clients through email and on the phone.\nDetermine the best course of action to resolve issues and contacting the necessary party.\nDetect inefficient processes and find innovative solutions\nMedium phone usage-outbound calls with providers and clients, 25% of your day.\nQualifications Ability to explain complex ideas, both verbally and written, using clear, professional language\nAbility to prioritize time well and push yourself to consistently achieve higher goals\nProblem-solving skills – ability to independently use the resources and tools provided to you\nComfortable using a computer, Google Drive, and Excel\nCommitted to quickly learning and adapting to new computer software\nAbility to meet deadlines\nAs an Exceptions Specialist, you will also be eligible for performance-based bonuses.\nRequirements Education & Experiences High School diploma or equivalent\nEmployer Privacy Policy\nThis Company is an Equal Opportunity Employer, and does not discriminate on the basis of race, gender, ethnicity, religion, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, or on any other basis prohibited by law.
