Follow guidelines that the Installer sets and follow quality and safety guidelines. Follow the Company Policies and Procedures and notify installer or Management when needed to retain the integrity of the Company.\n\nResponsibilities\n\nFollow the directions of the installer to ensure proper installation and timely remodel\n\nProvide customer service directly to the homeowner, provide solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.\n\nBe able to identify the house or bathroom specs to know where to start working and review the scope of work and installation checklist to ensure guidelines and processes are followed.\n\nClean up job site and ensure that all equipment is clean and placed back in vehicle properly for safety and per guidelines.\n\nWork on Install certification while being coached by the main Installer\n\nEventually learn to stage the job completely and load the van for the next day or morning to ensure that the installation will not be interrupted for missing items\n\nWhat We’re Looking For\n\nAbility to pass background check.\n\nValid driver’s license\n\nWillingness to learn and retain the production methods and Company policies.\n\nVerbal, written, and mathematical capabilities equivalent to a high school graduate.\n\nDependable and detail oriented\n\nGood customer relations and skills\n\nSolid carpentry skills and basic hand tool knowledge\n\nAbility to perform the essential physical requirements of the position.\n\nAbility to work extended hours.\n\nAbility to motivate others.\n\nMust be 21 years or older\n\nReliable transportation\n\nBasic hand tools\n\nMust be Authorized to Work in the US, with a valid driver's license, and dependable transportation\n\nHigh school diploma or equivalent\n\nMust want to learn and develop into roles with greater responsibility and pay\n\nMust be able to lift 75 pounds or more\n\nMust be a team player\n\nMust be safety conscious at all times\n\nMust be able to help produce quality work\n\nMust maintain a phenomenal attendance record and be on time\n\nMust work well with others, as a team, and keep a positive attitude\n\nPay & Schedule\nPay: $18/hr plus the potential of a monthly incentive\n\nSchedule: 1st shift hours, must be able to work some overtime.\n\nBenefits\nAt P.J.
