This will include equipment setup, maintenance, processing, and data acquisition in a laboratory setting. Technical report authoring and lab notebook recordkeeping are also critical to this role. A successful candidate will exhibit strong interpersonal skills, technical competence, and a willingness to learn.\n\nPrimary Responsibilities:\n\nScale-down and range finding study execution.\nPurification by FPLC of Pilot scale batches.\nImplementation of multiple liquid chromatography types (i.e Affinity, Ion Exchange, HIC)\nBuffer formulation, resin selection and capacity study execution.\nFilter loading and fouling study execution.\nIntermediate stability analysis.\nFormulation and stability study support.\nProtein characterization by A280, SEC, SDS-PAGE and cIEF.\nStatistical data analysis.\nEquipment setup, functional verification and maintenance.\n\nQualifications:\n\nCurrently enrolled in a biology, chemistry, chemical engineering, bioengineering, molecular biology or related program.\nFamiliar with protein biochemistry\nFamiliar with general biology lab techniques\nFamiliar with statistical analysis and experimental design\nTechnical and scientific writing and presentation skills\n\nOur Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Mission Statement: Keros is an inclusive company.
