This position is ideal for someone who combines marketing analytics knowledge with strong storytelling ability and enjoys translating data into clear business recommendations.\r\nResponsibilities\r\nMarketing Performance SupportAssist regional marketers in navigating and interpreting centralized reporting dashboards.\r\nAnswer ad hoc performance questions and provide contextualized insights.\r\nIdentify performance trends, gaps, and optimization opportunities.Insight GenerationAnalyze campaign performance, funnel metrics, conversion drivers, and ROI.\r\nProvide recommendations to improve targeting, messaging, channel allocation, and program execution.\r\nConduct deeper analyses when needed to support campaign strategy adjustments.Stakeholder CollaborationWork closely with marketing managers across regions to understand goals and business challenges.\r\nTranslate data findings into clear narratives tailored to non-technical audiences.\r\nPresent insights and recommendations to marketing stakeholders.Reporting & Continuous ImprovementIdentify opportunities to enhance existing reporting frameworks.\r\nSuggest incremental reporting improvements to better support marketers.\r\nEnsure consistent metric definitions and interpretation across regions.Eligibility Requirements\r\n37 years experience in marketing analytics, marketing performance, or growth analytics.\r\nStrong understanding of digital marketing metrics (CTR, CVR, CAC, LTV, ROAS, funnel metrics).\r\nExperience working directly with marketing managers or campaign owners.\r\nAbility to translate data into business insights and recommendations.\r\nStrong communication and storytelling skills.\r\nProficiency in SQL or BI tools sufficient to extract insights (advanced engineering skills not required).\r\nPreferred QualificationsExperience with GA4, Adobe Analytics, HubSpot, Salesforce or similar tools.\r\nExperience supporting multi-channel campaigns.\r\nExperience presenting insights to cross-functional stakeholders.In the US, the target base salary for this role is $130-170k. Compensation is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications, and geography.
