Workday HCM ConsultantLocation: RemoteRole OverviewWe are seeking a skilled Workday HCM Consultant to support Workday implementation and optimisation projects from a functional perspective. You will be responsible for gathering requirements, configuring Workday solutions, and supporting Core HCM processes across the platform.Key ResponsibilitiesLead Workday HCM implementation projects from a functional perspective.Gather and analyse business requirements and translate them into Workday solutions.Design and configure Core HCM processes including organisational structures, business processes, and security.Support solution design, testing, and deployment activities.Facilitate communication across project teams and stakeholders.Contribute to continuous improvement and optimisation of Workday processes.Required Workday HCM certification.Experience delivering at least three full lifecycle Workday HCM implementations.Strong understanding of HR processes, particularly Core HCM.Experience in functional analysis and solution design.Excellent communication and organisational skills.Nice to HaveExperience with additional Workday modules such as Absence, Compensation, Talent, or Recruiting.Experience working in international environments.Additional Workday certifications.Technical StackWorkday Core HCM, Organisational Structures, Business Process Framework, Workday Security, Absence, Compensation, Talent, Recruiting, Reporting, Functional Design, UAT, Workday Configuration.
