The candidate will also support procurements and project financial analysis.\r\nJob duties include but are not limited to\r\nWith input from PL and team members, create briefs for leadership\r\nAble to be proficient in MS Project to assist with maintaining program schedule\r\nShould be able to proactively engage with the team to address potential issues\r\nWill need to have experience with preparing cost estimates as well and financial tracking\r\nActively work with the team to identify, track, and address program risk\r\nOther duties as assigned\r\nQualifications\r\nBachelor's degree desired, preferably in business/technical curriculum\r\nA minimum of five years' work experience in project/program support analyzing and evaluating the effectiveness of program operations in meeting established goals, requirements, and objectives\r\nExperience related to Gun Weapon Systems and/or Navy programs preferred\r\nExperience with Management of software development and implementation is highly preferred\r\nExperience with DoD Acquisition processes and procedures\r\nExperience with DoDI 5000 Acquisition Framework\r\nExperience developing and testing solutions to solve technical problems in research and development, manufacturing, inspection, and maintenance, and assisting engineers in inspecting products, conducting tests, and collecting data\r\nExperience leading teams and working with various external stakeholders\r\nExperience analyzing information, systems specifications, data gathering and analytical techniques, and systems evaluation methodology\r\nProficient in MS Office - Project, Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint\r\nStrong interpersonal skills and good judgment with the ability to work alone or as part of a team\r\nPhysical Demands\r\nMust be able to lift up to 15 to 25 pounds.\r\nMust be able to stand and walk for prolonged amounts of time.\r\nMust be able to twist, bend and squat periodically.\r\nSECURITY CLEARANCE REQUIREMENTS: Must currently hold a security clearance at the Secret level.
