This includes enhanced service delivery and response times to support all DT customers across all devices and services, utilizing a comprehensive and efficient approach to enable the Department’s global footprint, which encompasses approximately 175,000 desktops and laptops, and over 65,000 mobile phones and tablets.\nLeads and manages the Universal IT Customer Support task area. Responsible for delivery of all requirements within the assigned area, alignment with Department business lines, and supervision of project managers and technical staff.\nWHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED:\nBring your technology expertise and drive for innovation to GDIT. The Task Area Program Manager must have:\nBachelor’s degree in a relevant field\n8+ years of experience managing IT projects or programs, with at least 3 years in a federal environment\nPMP or equivalent certification preferred\nExperience supervising technical teams and managing budgets\nActive Secret security clearance.
