This isn't a traditional calendar-and-email role — we need someone who can genuinely orbit around a fast-moving entrepreneur, absorb shifting priorities without losing a step, and become a trusted extension of his day-to-day decision-making.The ideal candidate has previously supported an entrepreneur or business owner (not just a corporate executive) and understands the pace, ambiguity, and constant recalibration that comes with that world.
